About Us: Australian Camp Services (ACS) are a leading remote-location hospitality company renowned for our commitment to service delivery excellence. Our team is the heart of our success, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, friendly people to help us raise the bar even higher.

Note this is a DIDO role, you will need to drive in and drive out.

Location: Drive in and out of NSW.

Roster: 14/7 & 7/7 available

This role involves a variety of duties and requires experience across all of the areas listed below. We are seeking a versatile all-rounder who can confidently perform a range of hospitality and cleaning tasks, including:

  • Housekeeping: Cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms, changing bed linen, and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Laundry: Washing, drying, and handling linens and towels.
  • Common Area Cleaning: Cleaning and maintaining gyms, recreation rooms, offices, and other shared spaces.
  • Kitchen Hand Duties: Assisting with food preparation, dishwashing, and deep cleaning of commercial kitchen equipment while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP requirements.
  • Dining Attendant Duties: Clearing and sanitising tables, washing dishes, maintaining a clean dining area, replenishing food bain-maries, cutlery, and beverage stations.
  • Bar Service: Assisting with bar operations, including serving beverages and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels in bar areas.

What we are looking for:

• Proven hospitality experience in both housekeeping & catering

• Australian Citizen or Full working rights in Australia

• Current Full Driver’s License

• Construction White Card- Mandatory & NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol

• Food Safety & Food Allergen Training- Essential

• Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months)

• First Aid/CPR (preferred)

• Effective communication skills at all levels, both client-facing and internal
