AUSPAN are now inviting a Project Manager to join our tight knit team to assist with the delivery of building projects across metro and regional sites in WA. This role suits a hands-on PM who takes full ownership of safety, programme, cost, quality and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end project delivery: site, programme, budget and quality
• Safety leadership, site compliance and subcontractor onboarding
• Subcontractor performance management
• Client relationship management including variations and programme
• Procurement coordination and resource planning
• Project administration using MS Project & Procore
• Accurate progress, cost-to-complete and risk reporting

About You – Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering design and construct projects
• Working knowledge of the Building Code of Australia
• Confident managing multiple work fronts and subcontractor packages
• Focused on programme and budget
• Procore experience highly regarded
• Commercially aware with sound judgement under pressure
• Practical, solutions-focused, and genuinely hands-on

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
• Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence
• Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards
• Collaborative leadership style with effective conflict resolution skills
