AUSPAN are now inviting a Content Production Lead to join our small tight knit team to take ownership of our end-to-end content output.

This role is responsible for planning, producing, and delivering high-quality content across multiple channels—ensuring consistency, efficiency, and impact. You’ll lead the content production function, working closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to bring campaigns and brand initiatives to life.

The Main Responsibilities Would Include:

  • Own and manage the content production pipeline from concept to delivery
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee content across digital, social, and campaign channels
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on schedule
  • Review and approve content to maintain quality and consistency
  • Optimise workflows and production processes for efficiency
  • Analyse content performance and continuously improve output

About You – Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate is someone who can bring the following to the role:

  • Proven experience in content production, marketing, or a similar role
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Excellent eye for detail and quality control
  • Strong understanding of digital, social, and campaign content
  • Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

The Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a functional pre-employ medical including drug and alcohol screen.  
  • Hold a current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence. 
  • Provide a National Police Clearance obtained within the last 6 months.
  • Be health, safety and environmentally conscious
  • Display a collaborative teamwork style with well-honed conflict resolution skills
  • The ability to make practical decisions under pressure.
