About the Role
This position is ideal for a seasoned valuer with experience in Commercial, Retail and Industrial Valuations. As Associate Director, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuations, manage important client relationships, lead and mentor junior valuers, and maintain the high standards that Ray White Valuations and the wider Ray White network are known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior and assistant valuers, fostering their professional growth within the industry.
Business Development: Proactively engage in business development efforts to expand your profile, build lasting relationships, and generate new opportunities for the team.
Client Relations: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Valuation Quality & Compliance: Ensure all valuations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines, maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and reliability in your reports and service delivery.
Essential Requirements:
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant valuation experience within the Greater Sydney market.
- API Membership at Associate level or higher.
- Proven experience in commercial valuations.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
