About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Technical Tax & Advisory to join our advisory team and provide specialist expertise across taxation, structuring and strategic advisory matters.

You’ll work on some of our most interesting and rewarding client engagements, helping business owners navigate complex decisions while delivering practical, commercially focused advice.

This role offers the opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with direct client engagement, strategic advisory work and genuine long-term career growth.

Where You’ll Add Value

  • Advising on complex tax, structuring and succession matters.
  • Supporting Division 7A, Trust, CGT and restructuring engagements.
  • Preparing technical advice and recommendations.
  • Working alongside Partners on strategic client projects.
  • Building trusted relationships with business owners.
  • Translating complex issues into practical, commercial solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities to add value beyond compliance.

About You

You are technically strong, commercially aware and passionate about helping clients achieve better outcomes.

You’ll bring:

  • CA or CPA qualification
  • 10+ years’ experience in public practice
  • Strong technical taxation and business advisory expertise
  • Experience working on complex tax and structuring matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to simplify complex technical issues for clients and colleagues
  • A collaborative approach and strong relationship-building skills
  • A desire to continue growing your career within a progressive advisory firm
