Description

Join the Angus Australia Team – Member Services Officer (Armidale)

Angus Australia is seeking a Member Services Officer to join our Armidale-based team.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail and is looking to build a career in a purpose-driven organisation supporting the Angus membership.

About the Role

As part of our Member Services team, you’ll play a key role in supporting Angus producers across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll help members access the tools and services they need to manage their cattle operations – from registrations and DNA processing through to performance data and export certification.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer support, data management and problem-solving.

 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing member transactions including registrations, transfers, performance data and DNA submissions;
  • Supporting members via phone, email and in person;
  • Assisting members with the use of Angus Australia systems, including Angus.tech.
  • Troubleshooting data and system queries with accuracy and care;
  • Working closely with internal teams to support a smooth member experience;
  • Assisting with member engagement activities, including occasional events

About You

You may be early in your career or bring experience from a customer service or administrative role. Either way, you’re someone who takes pride in getting things right and helping others.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people;
  • High attention to detail and confidence working with data;
  • Solid computer skills and a willingness to learn;
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Professionalism, integrity and alignment with the values of Angus Australia.

Agricultural experience is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll train the right person.
