We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist with strong NDIS expertise to join our Sydney team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and be supported by our collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
About the Role
- Deliver high-quality, client-centred exercise physiology services to NDIS participants in community, clinic, and home settings.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored exercise programs, and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals.
- Liaise with clients, families, and support coordinators to ensure therapy aligns with NDIS goals and funding plans.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive NDIS experience is essential – minimum 2+ years working with NDIS participants across a range of conditions (neurological, musculoskeletal, intellectual disability, mental health, etc.).
- Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology.
- ESSA accreditation and current membership.
- Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR.
- Own vehicle and driver’s licence (preferred).
