Due to continued growth of our business, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to work at the front line of our customer engagement. You will be in a unique position to learn a wide range of processes across all products, while also being able to contribute to process improvements to help transform our business and our customer interactions.
Working 8.30-5.00 Monday to Friday (no weekend work), our team is Sydney-based and will become hybrid in due course. The contract would be for an initial 12 months and we would discuss any permanent employment opportunities with you over time.
Responsibilities
• Handle 30-50 inbound calls relating to a range of customer enquiries, while delivering an exceptional experience to our customers and lending partners.
• Responding to written correspondence received from clients or our dealer network.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to effectively manage consumer and commercial customers.
• Taking ownership of complex matters and participating in change implementation activities.
• Contribute to the success of the wider Operations team, by supporting other areas from time to time.
Your background
• Previous contact centre experience working on an auto-dialler system is required.
• Experience/ tertiary qualifications in the financial services/ banking industry would be highly preferrable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the patience and ability to clearly explain complex processes to clients and commercial partners.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the capability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Well-developed emotional intelligence and an ingrained willingness to help others will allow you to thrive in this role.
