ROLE SUMMARY

We’re a lean, early-stage venture studio looking for someone who can keep us organised and moving forward. This role bridges program management and project delivery. You’ll help us run structured graduate and founder programs while also making sure our internal projects stay on track.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Programs

• Manage graduate program applications, onboarding, scheduling, and progress tracking.

• Coordinate founder program applications, including screening, communications, and scheduling.

• Ensure participants experience a structured, professional, and supportive journey.

Delivery

• Create and maintain lightweight project plans for studio initiatives.

• Track deliverables, dependencies, and progress across product and operations projects.

• Run check-ins and standups, following up on actions to keep momentum.

Operations & Administration

• Keep documentation up to date, including program guides, trackers, and reports.

• Support leadership with structured reporting and insights.

• Suggest and implement process improvements to help us work more efficiently.

• Experience in program coordination, project support, or PMO roles, ideally in a tech start up or tech studio.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Comfortable switching between people-focused (programs) and task-focused (projects) work.

• Tech-savvy with project tools such as Asana, Trello, Notion and Jira.

• Startup mindset: flexible, proactive, thrives in ambiguity.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working in an early-stage startup or venture studio.

• Background in operations or administration roles.

• Exposure to graduate or founder program delivery.
