About the Role:Join the world-renowned Florey Institute to lead cutting-edge research into [e.g., Dementia/Epilepsy/Stroke]. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of research projects, from experimental design to high-impact publication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex in vivo and in vitro experiments using advanced imaging and electrophysiology.
- Analyze high-dimensional datasets using MATLAB, Python, or R.
- Secure research funding through grant application authorship (NHMRC/ARC).
- Mentor PhD students and junior Research Assistants.
Requirements:
- PhD in Neuroscience, Biology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of first-author publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Strong technical proficiency in neural circuit tracing or behavioral paradigms.
