Summary:

As an Assistant Store Manager in our Wagga Wagga retail location, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence. This position is essential for maintaining our high standards of service and product availability, contributing to the overall success of the store and the brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
  • Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and staff productivity.
  • Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards.
