What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Warehousing with a desire to grow into a Trade Sales role or
• Have some customer service or retail experience (preferred but not essential) with an interest in hands-on work and learning about our products
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
• Experience in trade or architectural hardware is a plus, but not required – training will be provided

 About the Role: 

This is a dual-role position ideal for someone eager to learn and grow. You will:

• Assist in managing warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching products
• Support trade sales by helping customers with product selection, providing quotes, processing orders
• Maintain stock accuracy and ensure timely deliveries
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced trade business
• Be a team player with a great attitude
