Job Title: Exterior Household Services

Job Summary:

A Star Cleaners Pty Ltd, a property and housing company specialising in serving the disability/vulnerable sector, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Exterior Household Services worker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing various exterior cleaning services to clients, including pressure cleaning, window cleaning, car cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panels maintenance, swimming pool and BBQ area upkeep, patio and driveway maintenance. Additionally, you may also assist with interior deep cleaning tasks. This position offers flexible working hours on a part-time/Casual basis or Contractor basis.

Responsibilities:

– Perform exterior household services such as pressure cleaning of surfaces.

– Conduct window cleaning to ensure cleanliness and visibility.

– Clean cars belonging to clients using appropriate tools and techniques.

– Carry out gutter cleaning to prevent blockages and maintain proper drainage.

– Maintain solar panels by removing dirt or debris that may affect their performance.

– Ensure cleanliness of swimming pool and BBQ areas by regularly removing dirt or grime.

– Perform patio and driveway maintenance tasks like sweeping or power washing.

– Assist with interior deep-cleaning tasks when required.

– Follow all health and safety guidelines while performing duties.

Skills:

– Basic knowledge of exterior household services such as pressure cleaning, window cleaning,

car detailing, gutter maintenance,

solar panel care,

swimming pool upkeep,

patio/driveway maintenance

interior deep-cleaning techniques would be an advantage

Qualifications:

–

Previous experience in exterior household services is desirable but not essential (entry-level position)

Valid driver’s license

–

COVID-19 vaccination certificate (mandatory for working in the disability sector)

Police check clearance (mandatory for working in the disability sector)
