Perth Traffic Training are a leading traffic management training, auditing and planning company located in Gosnells, WA. We are currently seeking a part-time RTO Compliance Officer/Administration to join our growing business.

The position is part time, three days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 5pm.

You will be required to -

Take telephone calls and promptly respond to emails.

Receive and assist students.

Enrol and liaise with students and clients.

Collect student information.

Data entry using Microsoft Office and our student management system, creating spreadsheets, presentations and filing.

Provide administration support to trainers and senior management.

Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures with our accounting system

Prepare and tidy training rooms and office.

Print course materials and associated documentation.

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

Track stocks of office and training supplies placing orders when necessary

Submit timely reports and prepare presentations and proposals as assigned.

Assist colleagues wherever necessary.

Essentials

Must have RTO compliance, policies and procedure experience

Able to use Microsoft Office and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Be able to problem solve, show initiative, be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Reliable and punctual

Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills.

Be well organised, able to work under pressure and competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision

Ability to create efficiencies around processes and procedures to ensure the smooth running of our company office, training venues.

Contribute to driving sustainable growth.

Be polite, friendly and helpful. Able to go the extra mile.

Desirable, but not essential

Proficient in the Powerpro Student Management System

Familiar with Xero accounting software

Certificate IV in Training and Assessing
