About the role

As our Learning & Facilities Officer, you'll be the driving force behind our HR initiatives, ensuring our employees have a seamless journey from onboarding to offboarding. You’ll work closely with various departments to promote engagement and support our talented workforce in reaching their potential.

What you’ll be doing

Onboarding & Offboarding: Craft and enhance tailored onboarding processes, coordinate induction schedules, to keep everything running smoothly.
Training & Development: Collaborate with internal experts to develop engaging training materials, assist in the deployment of eLearning content, and coordinate health and safety sessions.
Administrative Support: Handle general facilities maintenance, including organizing workplace events and conferences and support initiatives to improve employee engagement and communication
ADHOC Support: Undertake ADHOC admin, HR and L&D tasks as directed by your Manager and the GM (Support Services).

What we’re looking for

2+ years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or L&D.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs that truly resonate.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the company.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience in HRIS systems (preferably Employment Hero).
A knack for organisation and prioritisation.
Demonstrated initiative and a strong work ethic
