Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Admin. This role will involve handling customer enquiries, entering orders, managing accounts payable/receivable, and maintaining office supplies. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone calls, and in person

- Processing orders and ensuring stock levels are maintained

- Managing accounts payable/accounts receivable in the accounting software

- Ordering office supplies such as milk, tea, and coffee

- Organizing and maintaining filing systems

Skills:

Required:

- Computer literacy

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Desired:

- Proficiency in Word, Excel & Outlook

- Experience with accounting software is a plus

- Previous experience within the mining sector preferred

- Ability to work effectively with ADHD or Millennial managers

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not necessary
