Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals across all regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the banking or financial services sector is required.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding national/regional level sales targets while driving significant growth initiatives.
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to motivate teams towards high performance outcomes.
Excellent communication skills both verbal & written; adept at building rapport with clients & stakeholders.
