About the job

We are excited to offer a Full Time (37.5 hours week) Production Assistant role with all-rounder skill-set required to work in industry leading printing and manufacturing business, conveniently located in Logan on Brisbane’s Southside.

No experience necessary. Full on the job training provided. You will spend your first month learning the ropes in our dispatch section. Once you are comfortable, we will start introducing you to our large format printing and CNC production equipment.

Who You Are:

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and a part of a team.
Take pride in being punctual.
All-rounder skills in all aspects of large format finishing, including laminating and mounting would be an advantage, however is not required. We are happy to teach to these to skills to a person with the right attitude.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new things.
Some heavy lifting and manual labour.

What You'll Do:

Start off in our dispatch section, wrapping, packing and labeling customer orders.
Then move onto learning our large format printers and our CNC cutting technology.
Assist with all aspects of the printing and manufacturing process.
Work together with the team to meet daily production targets.
Maintain a clean, safe and friendly workplace.
Accuracy, attention to detail, problem-solving ability and good communication skills are essential
