Community Access Care is on a mission to provide truly personalised disability care services, to make a real difference in the lives of those we care for. We are a team of passionate individuals who have been in an industry where often the companies are large and the individuals are not the focus. We want to change that. We attract like-minded team members that want to help us to change that. That’s why you won’t see our corporate team in a swanky head office in a city somewhere, we are in one of our community facilities, interacting and communicating with our support team and our Participants on a daily basis. After all, our Participants are the reason we are here. We need to know them to be able to provide the support they need to achieve their goals. To be agile to adapt to fit to their needs instead of them fitting into our system.
