About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) (Employment Hero, we, us, our).
2. Free HR for the first 3 months when purchasing our Standard, Premium or Platinum HR subscription; Free payroll for the first 3 months when purchasing our Standard or Premium Payroll subscription; Platinum HR for the price of Premium HR for your first 12 months when purchasing our Platinum HR subscription; No management fees for your first 5 Global Teams employees during the first 3 months of employment when hiring for a minimum 6 month contract; 30% off implementation costs when purchasing Managed Implementation (Promotion).
3. This Promotion applies from 00:00 AM Monday, 7th August 2023 to 11:59 PM Tuesday, 31st December 2025 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
4. The Promotion is open to all new Employment Hero customers during the Promotion Period.
How to enter and qualify for the Promotion?
5. To enter and qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- Have received this offer directly from an authorised distributor of the EH Friends and Supporters Offer. EH “Friends and Supporters” is intended to include investors in Employment Hero and other venture capitalist or private equity firms. EH reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion who qualifies as “Friends and Supporters”
- Be a new customer (have no existing Employment Hero subscriptions and must not have been an Employment Hero customer in the last 12 months);
- Sign a contract within the Promotion Period which includes:
- a paid HR Standard, Premium or Platinum subscription to receive the free HR benefit of the Promotion; and/or
- a Standard or Premium Payroll subscription to receive the free payroll benefit of the Promotion; and/or
- a paid HR Platinum subscription to receive the discounted Platinum HR benefit of the Promotion; and/or
- a paid Managed Implementation service to receive the benefit of the discounted Managed Implementations promotion,
with a minimum term of 12 months, and/or
- a paid Global Teams subscription to receive the benefit of the discounted Global teams promotion (this benefit only applies to the management fees for employees entering into contracts for a minimum 6 month period or more).
- Provide and authorise use of your direct debit details within 7 days of signing your contract; and
- Be a registered business in Australia.
6. You may receive multiple benefits provided under the Promotion when you purchase multiple subscriptions or services whilst satisfying the other conditions of clause 5.
When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?
7. The Promotion will apply for the first 12 months of your contract, after which the pricing will revert to the product Recommended Retail Price, as displayed on our Pricing Page.
Restrictions
8. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.

11. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
General Terms
12. Usage charges for SMS, awards, P11D and super/pension processing are not included in the Promotion Period.
13. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
14. We reserve the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at our absolute discretion.
15. Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
16. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
17. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
