And Youthtown is growing! Therefore, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Programme Lead to help bring this vision to life.
He angitūtanga… the opportunity
As a Programme Lead you will be part of an awesome team and lead the delivery of our after school and holiday programmes located in Te Waka Unua School. You will be supervising a small and fantastic team of programme staff who love working with kids, to deliver great programmes! You’ll also be involved in the organising, planning and development of our programmes.
This is a permanent part-time role for 25 hours per week; 12:30pm-6.00pm Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate must be available for additonal hours during school holidays.
He kōrero mōu… About you
You will have exceptional teamwork and communication skills as well as proven ability in developing and implementing programmes for children/young people. You will have a track record of building great relationships within the local area, experience in staff coordination and
managing teams, a strong attention to detail and the ability to switch between administration and programme delivery with ease! Of course, the ability to build rapport quickly with young people is essential in this role.
This role requires you to hold a full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence and have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience (This experience may also be driving experience gained on your Restricted driver’s licence).
