About the Role:

The Enquiries and Team Support role provides a professional, consistent first point of contact for all services through phone, text, email, and in-person reception.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception and first point of contact – greeting people, answering phones, making appointments.
  • Local administration and support
  • General office support

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an administrative or team support role, preferably in a service-based or community-focused organisation.
  • Experience managing documentation and working across multiple systems.
  • Confidence in providing professional front-of-house or client-facing support.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
  • Comfortable working as part of a distributed team and sharing responsibilities.
  • Confidence using digital systems and learning new technology.
  • Commitment to organisational values, confidentiality, and health and safety requirements.
