Scaffolder

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolder to join our scaffolding team in Levin, Manawatu. This permanent, full-time position is crucial for ensuring the safety and efficiency of construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in the building and construction industry, contributing to the successful completion of various projects while adhering to safety regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Inspect scaffolding for safety and compliance before use, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
• Collaborate with site managers and other construction personnel to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety policies.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced scaffolders and apprentices on site.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a scaffolder in the building and construction industry.
• Relevant scaffolding qualifications and certifications.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in scaffolding.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.
