We supply equipment, servicing, and practical solutions across rural, domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. From water, sewage, and effluent pumping to filtration systems of every size – under‑sink filters, pools and spas, right through to whole‑farm and commercial applications – we keep essential systems running smoothly.
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Pump Fitter / Electrician who enjoys hands‑on work, variety, and solving real‑world problems. This role combines mechanical and electrical expertise, with time spent both in the field and in the workshop. You’ll work on a wide range of pumping and control systems, building a strong technical skillset and making a real difference to our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing, wiring, and commissioning pump systems, including water, sewage, and effluent systems
- Fault-finding and repairing electrical and mechanical issues in pumps, motors, and control systems
- Working with pump control panels, float systems, VSDs, and associated automation
- Carrying out servicing and preventative maintenance both on-site and in our workshop
- Diagnosing faults efficiently and delivering practical, long-lasting solutions
- Completing job records accurately using our digital systems
- Working alongside a supportive team to deliver high-quality service across the Waikato
- Participating in an on-call roster to support essential customer systems
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified or experienced Electrician, Electrical Fitter, or Mechanical Fitter with strong electrical capability
- Proven experience in fault-finding on electrical and/or pump systems
- Knowledge of motors, controls, and industrial or rural electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, sometimes demanding work
- Full NZ driver’s licence
- Pump industry experience preferred but not essential – we’ll train the right person
