Description

We’re looking for a proactive and people‑focused Team Leader to join our Supply Chain team at Venerdi.

This is a key role supporting the daily running of your area, ensuring Ambient Dispatch is safe, smooth, efficient, and aligned with our packing standards.

You’ll lead by example, guide your team to success, and help create a workplace where people feel supported, respected, and proud of the work they do. As a Team Leader, you’ll champion our values of Care, Courage, and Curiosity in every shift.

Monday to Friday

6am to 2pm

$27 per hour

Health & Safety:

  • Maintain a strong safety‑first culture by ensuring all team members follow H&S policies and safe operating procedures.
  • Identify hazards, escalate risks promptly, and support incident investigations.

Food Safety & Quality Control:

  • Complete and verify routine checks, documentation, and compliance tasks.
  • Take action to address non‑conformances and help prevent reoccurrence.

Leadership & Development:

  • Provide clear directions, coaching, and on‑the‑job training for team members.
  • Support performance development and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Role‑model Venerdi values in day‑to‑day leadership.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, process improvement and pick/packing accuracy
  •  Support and encourage team ideas.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to implement improvements.
  • Fifo Management and Control
