Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Administration Support professional to join our team in Auckland. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various departments, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
  • Maintain and organise filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support the team with data entry and database management tasks.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
