Production Supervisor – Ember Digital Signage (a division of United Gaming Ltd)

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to lead the end-to-end delivery of our Ember LED digital signage projects – from design validation through to build, installation readiness, and dispatch.
About the Role
This is not a sit-back-and-manage role. You’ll own production outcomes, ensuring projects are delivered:
- On time
- On budget
- To a high technical and quality standard
You’ll lead the team, but also step in when needed—solving problems, keeping momentum, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Technical Leadership
- Validate scope, system design, and technical requirements
- Oversee drawings, BOMs, and production-ready documentation
- Ensure alignment with commercial and margin expectations
Production Planning & Delivery
- Build and manage production schedules
- Allocate labour and resources effectively
- Ensure full installation readiness and on-time dispatch
Execution & Quality Control
- Oversee fabrication, assembly, wiring, and system configuration
- Ensure testing, QA, and compliance standards are met
- Step in to resolve issues and maintain timelines
Leadership & Team Performance
- Lead and coordinate the production team day-to-day
- Drive accountability, clarity, and output
- Coach and develop team capability
Continuous Improvement
- Identify efficiency and cost improvements
- Work with suppliers to resolve technical issues
- Improve systems, processes, and scalability
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in production, manufacturing, or operations leadership
- Experience in a project-based environment
- Strong planning, organisation, and systems thinking
- Ability to lead AND do (this is critical)
- Commercial awareness and cost control mindset
- Technical background in electrical, AV, or LED systems, experience in the use of CAD and an EAS qualification are preferred but training will be provided if needed.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude
