Tū Ora Compass Health is growing our Pacific Navigation
Service, and we’re looking for people who want to make a real difference working alongside Pacific families (aiga/whānau).
About the Role
This is an opportunity to be part of a community-focused service supporting Pacific peoples to:
·Access the right health and social services
·Improve long-term health and wellbeing
·Navigate the health system with confidence
·Strengthen connections between community and
healthcare providers
You’ll work alongside general practices, community providers
and multidisciplinary teams to support those who need it most and ensure care is culturally safe and effective.
Who Should Apply?

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals and families to access health services
- Coordinating care with healthcare providers and community services
- Engaging with Pacific communities and building relationships
- Supporting prevention, education and self-management
