Pacific Navigation Service – Work with Your Community

Part-time 24 hours per week

Are you passionate about supporting Pacific communities and improving health outcomes?

Tū Ora Compass Health is growing our Pacific Navigation Service, and we’re looking for people who want to make a real difference working alongside Pacific families (aiga/whānau).

About the Role

This is an opportunity to be part of a community-focused service supporting Pacific peoples to:

·Access the right health and social services

·Improve long-term health and wellbeing

·Navigate the health system with confidence

·Strengthen connections between community and healthcare providers

 

You’ll work alongside general practices, community providers and multidisciplinary teams to support those who need it most and ensure care is culturally safe and effective.
