As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an Inventory (Stores) Assistant to join our Supply Chain team and help ensure the right materials are available in the right place at the right time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career in supply chain, inventory management, manufacturing, or logistics.

About the Role

Reporting to the Inventory (Stores) Team Leader, you will play an important role in supporting production through the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and control of materials.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and checking incoming goods
  • Storing inventory in the correct locations
  • Picking and kitting materials for production orders
  • Processing material returns from production
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Supporting cycle counts and stocktakes
  • Ensuring inventory transactions are completed accurately in our ERP system
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient stores environment

This role is critical to ensuring inventory accuracy and minimising production downtime caused by missing or incorrectly located materials.
