Key Relationships:
• Production Supervisor/Manager: Reporting to the Production Supervisor/Manager, you
will receive guidance, instructions, and feedback on your performance and work closely
with them to ensure smooth operations.
• Team Members: Collaborate and communicate with other production team members to
achieve production goals, share knowledge, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Quality Control Team: Coordinate with the Quality Control team to ensure products
meet the required quality standards and participate in resolving any quality-related
issues.
• Engineering Team: Collaborate with the Engineering team to provide feedback on
assembly processes, suggest improvements, and assist in product development initiatives.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
As an Electronics Production Assembler at Triode, you will play a crucial role in the
manufacturing process of electronic components and devices. You will be responsible for
assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic products to ensure they meet quality standards
and customer requirements. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and commitment to
producing high-quality products will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform electronic assembly tasks following detailed work instructions, diagrams, and
schematics.
• Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, or finished products using hand tools,
soldering equipment, and other specialised tools and equipment.
• Conduct functional tests and inspections to verify the quality and performance of assembled
products.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues or defects during the assembly process.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation of work performed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production processes and
timely completion of orders.
• Assist in inventory management by accurately counting and reporting stock levels of
components and materials.
• Follow quality control procedures to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge of
electronic assembly techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Previous experience in electronics assembly or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic components and basic knowledge of electronic assembly
techniques.
• Proficient in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and other assembly tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use productivity software and electronic work
instructions.
