Lead Generation Specialist (Hybrid – Manila-Based)

Location: Manila, Philippines (Hybrid working with Australian team) Employment Type: Full-Time

Treadwell is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) solutions, serving the mining, industrial, infrastructure, and commercial sectors across Australia, New Zealand, and South-East Asia. We are seeking a commercially minded Lead Generation Specialist based in Manila to support our Australian sales team by identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and building a high-quality sales pipeline.

This is not a call centre role. It is a business development support function focused on research, outreach, relationship-building, and opportunity generation in a technical industrial product environment.

You will work closely with our Sales Lead Manager and Business Development team in the Philippines and Australia.

The Role: Reporting to the Sales Lead Manager, you will play a key role in generating qualified sales opportunities across target industries and maintaining consistent pipeline growth. You will research companies, identify key stakeholders, initiate contact, and support early-stage relationship development that feeds into the sales team in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities across mining, industrial, and infrastructure sectors
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and digital outreach
  • Engage with decision-makers such as Maintenance Managers, Engineers, Asset Managers, Project Managers, and Procurement teams
  • Reconnect with dormant accounts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and activity tracking
  • Monitor industry projects, infrastructure developments, and market trends
  • Support the Australian and New Zealand-based sales team in progressing early-stage opportunities
  • Assist with customer profiling, campaign execution, and market intelligence

About You

You are confident, curious, and comfortable engaging professionals in structured business conversations. You enjoy researching companies, identifying opportunities, and building relationships from the ground up. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Experience in lead generation, sales development, telemarketing, or business development
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with prior work experience with US, Australian or UK-based businesses.
  • Confidence in engaging international (Australian) stakeholders
  • Ability to research and qualify business opportunities effectively
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid setup
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Experience in mining, engineering, construction, or industrial sectors is advantageous.
