At Travvia, the home of JUCY and Star RV, we’re looking for an Experience Lead to join our Christchurch Branch on a casual basis and help deliver unforgettable journeys for travellers from all over the world.
This is not your average operations role. It’s where customer experience, fleet readiness, and teamwork come together to create seamless, stress-free travel moments for our customers from start to finish.
The Destination: Where Operations Meet Customer Experience
As an Experience Lead, you’ll be right at the heart of the branch.
You’ll support the Branch Manager and Team Leader to ensure everything is running at its best, that vehicles are road-ready, systems are accurate, and customers receive a consistently high level of service at every touchpoint.
You’ll be trusted to take ownership, think on your feet, and step in wherever needed to keep the branch performing at its peak.
Your Journey on the Road
Create standout customer experiences
You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, helping shape their journey from first interaction through to final handover. Whether you’re answering questions, managing bookings, or resolving issues, you’ll turn everyday moments into memorable experiences.
Keep the Fleet Adventure-Ready
You’ll help ensure every vehicle is fully prepared for the road — safe, clean, compliant, and ready for adventure. Working closely with mechanics and suppliers, you’ll help coordinate servicing, maintenance, and repairs to keep our fleet moving.
Make things better everyday
You’ll contribute to branch and company projects, sharing ideas and supporting initiatives that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
Lead by Example
You’ll champion a strong safety culture and set the standard for professionalism, teamwork, and care in everything you do.
