As Branch Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Branch
Manager to deliver strong operational performance, exceptional customer
service, and a positive team culture. You’ll have the opportunity to influence
business outcomes, develop your people leadership capability, and play an
important role in keeping our customers’ adventures moving.

Lead and inspire your team
You’ll create a high-performing, customer-focused team
environment by coaching, mentoring, and empowering your people to succeed.
You’ll support recruitment, performance conversations, rostering, and
day-to-day team operations while building a culture where everyone can do their
best work.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences
You’ll ensure every customer interaction reflects our
commitment to memorable experiences. From resolving challenges to improving
processes, you’ll help create seamless journeys for our customers from booking
through to return.
Drive branch performance
You’ll oversee daily branch operations, including fleet
availability, vehicle coordination, maintenance priorities, compliance, and
reporting. You’ll identify opportunities to improve efficiency, increase
productivity, and support commercial success.
Champion continuous improvement
You’ll be encouraged to challenge the status quo, simplify
processes, and bring ideas that make our business better. We’re always asking:

What you’ll bring
You’re a natural leader who enjoys bringing out the best in
others. You’ll have experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational or
customer-focused environment and the confidence to balance people leadership
with commercial outcomes.
You’ll bring:

- Experience
managing day-to-day operations and improving processes.
- Strong
problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent

proactive approach with strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Experience
in fleet, automotive, rental, tourism, or similar industries is
advantageous.
