Summary:

The 3PL Team Leader will oversee logistics operations within our distribution center in Christchurch, ensuring efficient management of third-party logistics processes. This role is crucial for maintaining high service levels, optimizing workflows, and fostering a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and biosecurity protocols to enhance operational performance and support the growth of the business.

Responsibilities:
