M365 Cloud Engineer (Intermediate)

Summary:

We are seeking an Intermediate M365 Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team in Henderson, Auckland. This role is pivotal in supporting our manufacturing and production operations by leveraging Microsoft 365 cloud technologies. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimising our cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and performance, and contributing to our digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 cloud services, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business needs.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Assist in the migration of on-premises applications to the Microsoft 365 cloud environment.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices, recommending improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in cloud engineering or a similar role, preferably with Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
• Proficient in scripting and automation tools, such as PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
