Project Manager- Christchurch

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in site and project management, ideally with Tier 1 or Tier 2 landscape and construction contractors. Hard and Soft landscaping experience is essential, as you will be managing a diverse range of projects across Christchurch and wider Canterbury.

We are a supportive team who work hard and enjoy what we do. With exponential growth in the Christchurch landscape industry, we are expanding and looking for more great people to join us.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reporting to our Operations Manager, and locally to our Regional Manager to support business growth and daily operations.

• Professionally and diligently Project Managing a variety of projects across a wide range of client industries, including (but certainly not limited to):

o Playground builds

o Boardwalks

o Retaining walls

o Hard landscaping and feature works

o Soft landscaping projects

• Ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance across all projects.

• Building strong client relationships and securing repeat work.

• Embedding a systems-based culture throughout your projects.

• Proven experience in Project Management within civil construction or landscaping.

• Strong background in landscaping.

• Proactive approach and pride in delivering high-quality work.

• Ability to lead and develop your team.
