Description

At The Instillery, we empower businesses to grow and succeed by delivering world-class technology solutions, on your terms, at your pace and in your place.

We’re on the lookout for a Level 1 IT Support Technician to join our team and truly make a difference. This is a key and fundamental position – it’s about delivering exceptional customer service, which is at the heart of everything we do. It’s where we shine, it’s our bread and butter.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to for our customers’ technical support needs – offering friendly, efficient, secure and diligent service exactly when they need it. As the first point of contact on the front line, you’ll be the voice of The Instillery when customers call, ensuring their issues are understood, prioritised, and directed towards the right solutions.

A typical day in the life of a Level 1 IT Support Technician looks like:

  • Representing The Instillery by communicating with our clients, supporting them with their technical requirements – resolving our clients’ technical issues and enabling them in their day-to-day operations.
  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls within specified timeframes, information gathering and raising tickets to wider support teams.
  • Trouble-shooting a range of technical issues for our clients, involving Windows, Exchange, Office 365 and AzureAD.

Underpinning all of this is the beauty of working with an incredible team of people passionate about what we do – solving big problems, partnering with intent, seeking the best global technology and delivering quality outcomes. We ask why. We pride ourselves on our team culture, being easy to get along with, having fun while we work hard and love our brand. You’ll also be paid well, have cool offices, get your birthday off, and be able to work flexibly, all with a purpose for what we are doing.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be passionate and have experience within IT, either in an office environment or tertiary institute.
  • Have good attention to detail, accuracy and be able to demonstrate completion of administration associated with technical work
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to help and support others
