Product Manager

Summary:

As a Product Manager in the IT sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy and execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet user needs and align with business objectives. Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
• Lead product development from concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with design, data, and engineering teams to create user-centric products.
• Set measurable goals and report on product performance to senior leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Advocate for user needs and ensure high empathy in product design and development.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Product Management, Technology, or Design.
• Degree in Pharmacy (preferred).
• Experience with goal setting and reporting.
• Experience working with senior leadership.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Ability to lead product teams autonomously.
• High empathy and advocacy for users.
