Network & Security Engineer

Are you a Network and Security Engineer who doesn’t just manage tech but actively asks “why”? We are a team passionate about solving big problems and partnering with technology leaders. We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and genuinely good human to join our Network Operations team – someone who can handle enterprise-level solutions while staying tight with the team.

A day for you would involve:

• Supporting client platforms using emerging technologies such as cloud security deployments (Zscaler), firewalls (Fortigate), SD-WAN and/or WAN deployments, Layer-2 and Layer-3 wired network deployments, wireless network deployments and public cloud network deployments.
• Providing top-tier resolution for any network related incident via a ticket management allocation involving troubleshooting for non-network incidents
• Managing and maintaining configuration of network monitoring solutions to ensure full scope visibility of supported client networks
• Participating in project review processes in a service SME capacity in order to ensure delivered projects are classed as fit for service
• Working closely with our internal teams to surface up new opportunities for client infrastructure & service improvements.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: You have 2+ years of experience working as a network and/or network security engineer.
• MSP Background: You have a proven track record of success within an MSP environment.
• Technical Chops: You have solid experience in solution design and build for complex environments.
• The Toolkit: You are proficient with but not limited to Fortigate, Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba
• The Zscaler Advantage: Existing experience with Zscaler (SSE/ZTNA) is a major plus.
• Cloud & Advanced Networking: You’re comfortable with Azure, AWS, and GCP networking, as well as SD-WAN, BGP, OSPF, and VPNs.
