About the opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Representative responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth across both new and existing customer accounts. Experience with shoring or civil equipment is highly desirable.

In this role, you will prospect new customers to unlock growth opportunities while also managing and developing the existing customer base. By fostering strong, customer-focused relationships, you will position the business as a preferred partner, strengthening long-term partnerships and enabling mutual success.

This role is based in Queensland.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio
  • Provide technical advice and tailored solutions across our product range (experience trench shoring or civil machinery (highly desirable), ground anchors or sheet piling (advantageous)
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to increase sales volume
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial engagement through to close
  • Conduct regular customer visits to build relationships and identify opportunities

You will demonstrate a high level of initiative, drive, and determination, with a strong focus on achieving results. You will bring a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities along with a proven track record of delivering value-driven solutions and strong sales outcomes.

This candidate is a technically savvy, relationship-driven sales professional who can hit the ground running, quickly build trust with customers, and has solid experience in the civil construction industry.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in the civil or construction industry
  • Experience with shoring or civil machinery (highly regarded), geotechnical products or sheet piling (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information
  • Ability to develop technical knowledge across the product range
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
