About the Role
You will manage projects from concept through to installation, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets are met. This role requires strong leadership, proactive communication, and the ability to manage priorities across diverse stakeholders. This position is based across the Taranaki and Manawatu regions, with regular travel to client sites to ensure successful project delivery
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison with clients for day-to-day project management.
• Oversee cost and schedule performance for individual projects.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and client personnel to meet project objectives.
• Monitor technical content and quality of engineering deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver project management documentation.

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the food and beverage manufacturing sector (dairy experience highly desirable).
• Strong engineering background (trade qualified or tertiary degree).
• Proven experience managing brownfield projects in complex processing plants.
• Familiarity with project management tools, estimating, planning, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
