Description

KAIĀWHINA

Permanent – Monday to Friday, 6pm to 6am

Be a steady presence in our whare, creating a safe, positive environment for tangata to thrive.

You’ll:

  • Model positive behaviour
  • Support daily whare routines
  • Uphold kawa & facilitate whakatau
  • Respond to incidents professionally
  • Stay onsite (6pm–6am sleepover shift)

You’ll bring:

  • Empathy & non‑judgmental approach
  • Experience working with at‑risk individuals
  • Life experience & maturity
  • Level 4 qualification — or willingness to study

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6pm to 6am
