Te Arai Links is a world-class destination, boasting two top 100 in the world, pure links golf courses along with a variety of activities such as mountain biking, water sports, tennis, pickleball and our newest addition is a luxury Spa & Fitness Centre which opened in December 2025.

Based a 75-minute drive from Auckland our Spa & Fitness Centre will be New Zealand’s premier luxury destination to offering the ultimate relaxation and wellbeing experience.

This is a seasonal role that will start in September and go through until end the of March 2027.

In this role, you will be working closely with the Spa & Fitness Centre Supervisor to deliver an exceptional, world-class wellness experience in a stunning coastal setting.

You will be the first point of contact to welcome all guests, members and visitors to the Spa & Fitness Centre. Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Ensuring all guests feel welcomed, informed and valued as they attend the Spa & Fitness Centre
  • Confidently advise guests regarding products and the wider resort offerings
  • Close out the guest experience with the highest standards, ensuring guests leave feeling uplifted by their experience
  • Deliver a seamless service for reservations, coordinating schedules and booking confirmations
  • Working closely with other resort teams to ensure a streamlined service for everyone

About you 

You will bring your exceptional customer service and a passion for the wellness industry. Other attributes that would contribute to your success would include: 

  • A years’ experience in a high-end establishment
  • Personal training, yoga, pilates or other wellness qualifications would be advantageous
  • Superyacht experience would also be beneficial
  • Proficiency with MS Suite, Spa or Property Management Software, competency learning new technology and operational systems
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills 
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required including public holidays/nights/weekends 
  • NZ Driver’s License
