About our role

Working within a large housekeeping team positioned on the pristine Te Arai coastline, you will be responsible for training and developing the team of housekeepers, who will look after the lodgings that operate as accommodation for both members and guests.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support with onboarding and managing housekeeping teams
  • Set and maintain superior standards to adhere to
  • Rostering of employees
  • Ordering supplies and managing inventory
  • Carry out room inspections to ensure standards are adhered to

About you

You will bring accountability, extensive attention to detail, and strong communication skills which will allow you to transition into this role with ease. Other attributes that would contribute to your success would include:

  • At least a year of high-end housekeeping experience in a luxury private residence or high-end accommodation
  • Ability to supervise, guide and develop employees
  • Experience and knowledge in caring for luxury surfaces and materials
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required including weekends and public holidays
