Title: Warehouse Assistant

Location: On-Site Hendra, Brisbane

Hours: Permanent Part-Time| 7:30am – 4:00pm, Wednesday to Friday, 22.5 hours per a week

Salary: Competitive (based on experience) + 12% Super

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory levels.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team and have a strong attention to detail.

Reporting to the Operations & Customer Service Manager, you will:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials

• Pick and fill orders from stock

• Pack and ship orders

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock counts

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Legal working rights in Australia/New Zealand for full time work

• Able to work on-site in Hendra, Brisbane, full-time (7:30am – 4:00pm)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication skills and a team-based approach

• Basic computer skills

Desirable:

• Forklift license

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred

• Experience with SAP or systems
