About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will:

• Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key decision-makers

• Identify and capture new customers and opportunities to drive growth

• Deliver tailored solutions in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders

• Support excellence in customer service and continuous improvement through Swagelok’s values

Job requirements & selection criteria

• 3 years previous experience in an Account Management or Sales role

• Experience selling in the industrial sector particularly in analytical systems, instrumentation and/or chemical processing is advantageous.

• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability and genuine willingness to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.

• Must be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to communicate and negotiate with key decision makers and high-level client personnel.

• Proven ability to understand technical concepts, plant processes and to take learning new ideas/concepts in their stride with a proactive approach to problem solving and initiative.

• Proficiency with MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
