The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Rework Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating rework and co-packing activities, and supporting 3PL performance to ensure operational
efficiency and compliance. You will act as a key link between logistics partners,
co-packers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring product integrity, on time delivery, and smooth inventory and rework operations across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records within M3
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
- Monitor and report expiry dates
- Support stock freshness and rotation processes to ensure product quality and compliance
Rework Coordination
- Plan and coordinate rework and stickering activities with co-packers (LJM and Propack)
- Schedule production and slotting aligned with purchase orders and delivery timelines
- Ensure timely execution to support DIFOT targets
3PL Management
- Monitor performance of 3PL partners across inbound, storage, and outbound operations
- Proactively resolve operational issues and escalate where required
- Collaborate with partners to maintain high service standards
PO & Documentation Management
- Manage purchase orders and rework orders in line with process workflows
- Ensure accurate documentation for inbound slotting, goods receipt, and rework transactions
- Maintain full traceability of inventory movements and adjustments
Item Master Maintenance
- Support creation and maintenance of item master data within the ERP system
- Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
You are an organised and analytical supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, or supply chain operations within FMCG or a 3PL environment
- Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (M3 preferred) and Microsoft Office and Power BI
- Ability to coordinate across co-packers, freight partners, and internal teams to deliver accurate and on-time outcomes
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving capability with a continuous improvement mindset
- Effective communication and relationship management skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
