We’re looking for an experienced Regional Manager to take charge of our harvest and forestry operations and to lead our harvest and forestry management team in Nelson. What you’ll be responsible for

  • Client relationships, management and Business Development
  • Overseeing all harvest planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple sites
  • Managing and mentoring harvest crews, contractors, and machinery operators
  • Leading our harvest and forestry management team in Nelson/Marlborough
  • Ensuring all operations meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • Monitoring crop readiness, yield performance, and harvest efficiency
  • Coordinating logistics, transport, and post-harvest workflows
  • Troubleshooting operational challenges and keeping the season running smoothly
  • Driving continuous improvement in harvest systems, technology, and processes
