Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS)

Join Spray Marks NZ and help keep our roads safe! We’re looking for a motivated STMS / Driver / Labourer to join our traffic management team. This role is varied and hands-on — you’ll be leading crews, supporting projects, and making sure worksites are safe, compliant, and efficient. What you’ll do: – Lead and support crews onsite. – Drive, labour, and assist with traffic management duties. – Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, and quality standards. – Build strong relationships with clients and team members. – Keep accurate daily job sheets and site reports. What you’ll bring: – STMS qualification. – Current competency in A, B, C. – Full driver’s licence (Class 2 preferred). – Strong communication and leadership skills. – A safety-first mindset and reliability.
