We’re searching for a Product Specialist to join our UK team and become a key part of the ongoing evolution and support of our Tiara product suite.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands UK tax, financial platforms, and customer delivery environments, and who enjoys working closely with customers, Product, Support, and Engineering teams to solve problems and improve outcomes.
About the role
As a Product Specialist (Investor Taxes and Regulatory Reporting), you will act as a subject matter expert across our Tiara product, supporting customer implementations, issue investigation, product enhancements, and ongoing operational support. You’ll bridge the gap between customers, business requirements, and technical delivery teams. You will work closely with stakeholders across the UK and global SecuritEase teams and play an important role in helping shape the future direction of the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert for Tiara and UK tax-related functionality
- Work closely with customers to understand business processes, operational challenges, and product requirements
- Support customer onboarding, product configuration, implementation activities, and operational readiness
- Investigate and troubleshoot product issues alongside Engineering and Support teams
- Assist with product enhancements, release activities, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Translate customer and business requirements into clear functional outcomes and user stories
- Support documentation, knowledge articles, training material, and user guidance
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Support, and Delivery teams across multiple regions
- Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the ongoing maturity and evolution of the Tiara platform and operational processes
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business,Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally with exposure to wealth management or fintech platforms.
- Strong understanding of investment workflows, portfolio administration, and UK tax concepts (e.g.,ISAs, Capital Gains Tax, or regulatory frameworks like FATCA/CRS).
- Excellent communication and training skills, with a proven ability to train, upskill, and explain complex technical concepts to support staff.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to balance technical software mechanics with business logic.
- Experience writing software requirements, mapping technical workflows, or managing product backlogs is highly desirable.
